Estimates
Online estimates are based on what you tell us. We confirm the price at no cost before any work begins. Payment is due on completion unless we agree otherwise in writing.
Text message (SMS) terms
- Program: BraCo Property Solutions customer notifications.
- What you’ll get: Texts about your estimate or quote, scheduling and appointment reminders, job completion and payment-due notices, and a one-time link to leave feedback. We don’t send ads by text.
- How you sign up: By checking the text-message box on our estimate or contact form, or by telling us (in person or by phone) that it’s OK to text you. Agreeing to texts is not required to get an estimate or buy any service.
- How often: Varies by job; usually 1 to 5 texts per job.
- Cost: Message and data rates may apply.
- To stop: Reply STOP to any message. We’ll send one text confirming you’re unsubscribed and won’t text you again unless you sign up again.
- For help: Reply HELP, call (479) 388-1831, or email bracoinvestingllc@gmail.com.
- Carriers: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Privacy: We don’t sell or share your mobile number or opt-in information with third parties for marketing. See our Privacy policy.
