The name BraCo comes from our family names—Branham and Collins—and the company was built by two cousins who wanted to put our experience, work ethic, and pride in doing things right into a business of our own.
Both of us served in the U.S. Army. Cody served six years on active duty, including time as a paratrooper with the 4th Psychological Operations Group at Fort Bragg. Jordan served in the Army National Guard.
Our backgrounds may be different, but we approach the work the same way: show up when we say we will, communicate with our customers, and take pride in the finished product.
BraCo provides lawn care, property cleanup, junk removal, pressure washing, and other property services for homeowners and businesses throughout the River Valley. Whether we’re maintaining a yard, cleaning up an overgrown property, hauling away unwanted debris, or bringing a dirty driveway back to life, we treat the property we’re working on with the same care we’d expect someone to give our own.
We’re not trying to be the biggest property service company in the River Valley. We want to be the company people call again because they know we’ll show up and do the job right.

Both of us came to BraCo with military experience, but we don’t use that as a gimmick. What carried over was the value of being dependable, taking responsibility for your work, and doing what you said you were going to do.
